What does the $50 cover?
$50 covers your primary care visit — provider time, exam, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Labs, imaging, and prescriptions are billed separately at our published rates and quoted upfront before anything is run.
What if I can't afford the $50 visit?
Sliding-scale rates are available for patients who can't afford the standard self-pay rate. Call (281) 385-8554 and the front desk will walk you through eligibility. We don't turn patients away for inability to pay.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Texas Medicaid and Medicare, plus most major commercial insurance plans (Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and others). Bring your card to your visit.
Do you see undocumented patients?
Yes. We see patients regardless of immigration status. We do not ask for documentation to be seen, and we do not share patient information with immigration authorities.
What's the catch with $50 primary care visits?
No catch. We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and most of our patients pay cash; we built the operation around that. The $50 covers your provider visit. Labs, imaging, and prescriptions are billed separately at our published rates — quoted before they happen.
What if I need to be seen on a weekday?
Our Stafford clinic at 3727 Greenbriar Drive is open Mon–Sat, 9am to 5pm. Same providers, same $50 self-pay rate, same on-site lab and pharmacy.
